Of the many gels I've tried, this one works best for me during marathon training.
No instant sugar high followed by a crash, just steady energy for about half an hour. Doing a long run of 2 hours or more, I will carry a couple of these mixed with water.
Everyone is different, but this is worth a try.

This is the best gel I've tried, a far better boost than Gu or Cliff Shot. My local running store doesn't carry it so I have to order, which isn't a bad thing since it can be found cheaper on line..

Ordered on April 12th and was told a delivery date of April 20th via email. April 21st I sent a mail because the product still hadn't shipped. Then they finally shipped it...standard mail vs. expediting. Poor customer service. If I am lucky, it will get about two weeks after I ordered it.

I had trouble finding the individual gel packs for training and racing made by Hammer. The product is great and Amazon is easy to deal with.
